FAQ for the actually curious.
No legal jargon, no marketing buffer. If something isn’t covered here, send us a note.
Are sales4u cards official Pokémon, One Piece, or other licensed cards?
No. Every card we sell is original fan art on a trading-card template. We're an independent studio — not licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with any rights holder. The characters are recognizable; the artwork is ours.
What finishes do you offer?
Two finishes. Holo is $15 — a holographic foil layer that catches light dynamically across the whole card. Textured is $17 — a tactile relief pattern over a glossy substrate. The "/finishes" page has a side-by-side comparison with photos.
When do orders ship?
Same day for orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Time. Next business day after that. We do not ship on Sundays. Tracking emails go out automatically when the label is printed.
How much is shipping?
Flat $4.50 within the US for orders under $50. Free US shipping on orders of $50 or more. International shipping rates show in checkout when applicable.
Where can I watch live drops?
On Whatnot — typically Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Follow whatnot.com/user/sales4u/shop to get a notification when a show starts.
Can I commission a custom card?
Yes — send a description of the character, mashup, or scene you want and we'll quote it. Most commissions take one to three weeks depending on detail and the queue. Use the commission page to send a request.
How do I take care of a holographic card?
Sleeve it as soon as you can. Avoid direct sunlight for long periods (the foil layer is sensitive to UV over time), keep it away from sustained heat above 90 °F, and store it flat in a top loader or binder page. Don't bend the corners.
What happens if my card arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery to orders@sales4u.shop. We replace damage-in-transit cards at no charge whenever we have the pattern available. If the pattern is one-of-one or sold out, we'll work out a refund or substitution.
Do you do bulk orders or wholesale?
For 20+ cards or any wholesale conversation, email press@sales4u.shop with the volume and timeline. We can quote bulk pricing and a turnaround estimate. Standard online ordering tops out around the same-day-ship batch size.
How are these cards actually made?
Hand-made and printed in-house, one batch at a time. We design the art, prep the finish layer (holo or textured), print on the substrate, cut, sleeve, and ship. No third-party print-on-demand pipeline; the card you order is the card we made.
